Car parade from church to reception
Delores and Anthony
The bride Feliz and her husband are married with great ceremony in a glow of idealism. Post War, Albuquerque has grown enormously. New
businesses appear as the central area of the city expands outwards into the suburbs. The University has added a Law Department and even admitted a very few women. The Civil Rights Movement is head line news.
The Farm Worker's Union, lead by Cesar Chavez and Delores Huerta, ignites protests over the working conditions of farm laborers. Vietnam explodes on the home front and the shootings at Kent State send shock waves across the country and onto the UNM campus. State police and the National Guard are call out.
